La Frasca al Vicolo, open since 2018 a few steps from Piazza Maggiore, in the beating heart of Bologna, is the ideal refuge for those seeking the authenticity of Bolognese specialties. La Frasca by Andrea Costa
The historic Frasca, open since 1940, offers an irresistible mix with a menu that ranges from the classics of Bolognese cuisine to dishes linked to the history of the taverns, such as burgers, homemade chips, Tuscan bread croutons and piadinas.
Here you can find 17 draft beers, many of which are artisanal, 2 “hand pump” draft beers (in perfect British style), as well as bottled beers, including the gluten-free one.
